Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Warranties & Custom Orders
In-Store Returns
Scrappy’s Workshop accepts returns on eligible items with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for returns, each item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable). We cannot accept returns on custom items or holiday items.
In-Store Exchanges & Store Credit
Scrappy’s Workshop accepts exchanges or provides store credit (in-store only) for items with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. We cannot accept exchanges on custom items or holiday items.
Refunds
Scrappy’s Workshop will issue a full refund to the customer’s original form of payment on eligible returns.
Warranties
Scrappy’s Workshop provides a 1-year warranty on all our handcrafted wood items. We do not provide warranties on products supplied by our third-party partners.
Please note, natural wood products contain unique variations and can change appearance with age—but that is part of the natural beauty and not necessarily a defect. Please see our Wood Care Instructions for more information about how to properly care for natural wood products.
We will repair or replace any piece of our furniture with defects in material or workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original purchaser, with the following exceptions and notations:
1. This guarantee does not cover accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover negligence of care by the purchaser.
2. If a local service call is required to pick up or repair your furniture, there may be transportation fees you will have to pay.
3. We can arrange to repair or replace items not covered by the guarantee at a fair and reasonable price.
Custom orders
Custom orders require a monetary deposit to initiate. Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once we have begun production of your item.
Please note, wood products contain natural variations, irregularities, and discolorations. They can vary immensely in wood grain, shape, texture, and color. No two natural wood products are alike. We cannot guarantee a specific look on natural wood items.
